Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Industries CPU1000-3E-M200-L200 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elecronic-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electrosensor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the BSA3091060082 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8422 manufactured by Elecronic-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Elecronic-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS110 by Manufacturer Electrosensor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electro-Craft Brand 526004009 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electroid such as 01190006A equipment made by Electroid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electroid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electroid" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 135E11 made by Eltek as well as the popular ET12X6LXXWA1 original spares produced by Elo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 057001004 by Electro-Craft and 01190006A spares by Electroid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11040PL5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elmjet.
